Old recruitment cultures don't appeal to next generation

The new generation of recruiters wants a life outside of work, and leaders have to be careful not to rebuild the environment that existed when they started in the industry, says an experienced agency CEO.

"It's not all about 'career' for them," Kingston Human Capital CEO Elizabeth Kingston says. "They want to arrive at Friday afternoon with something left in their tank, lots of energy, lots of beans.
