Overregulation and 'tech gluttony' becoming major distractions

"Overregulation" of recruitment by federal and state governments and "tech gluttony" are distracting staffing specialists from their core work this year, according to a panel of industry leaders.

While most recruiters say they've made major improvements in compliance over the past 24 months, many are coming from a low baseline, says coach and commentator Ross Clennett.
