An employer has intensified its efforts to include people with disability in its talent sourcing, by overhauling its job descriptions and boosting the accessibility of its entire hiring process, among other initiatives.
Workflow automation platform company Pegasystems Inc is striving to overcome hiring biases in its operations around the globe by proactively recruiting from disability-focused organisations, according to ANZ consulting vice president Barbara Kazepidis.
