On-hire worker wins discrimination case after "weak and unfunny" racist joke
One of Clexan Peak Personnel's on-hire workers has won $5,000 in damages from host employer Sydney Water for racial discrimination, after a Sydney Water employee made a "weak and unfunny" racist joke in his presence.
