Recruitment company fails to restrain contractor from working directly for host employer

A WA labour hire company has lost a legal battle to stop a former contractor from taking up direct employment with the client he had been on-hired to, in a case which once again highlights the need for recruiters to exercise care when drafting restraint clauses.
