Labour hire company loses appeal against "entirely unacceptable" dismissal
A Fair Work Commission full bench has allowed a labour hire company to appeal an unfair dismissal ruling due to the "important matters" the case raised about on-hire terminations, but ultimately upheld the earlier decision.
