Five work elements move recruiters beyond "OK"

Beyond asking R U OK? today, staffing industry leaders can reflect on whether their teams have what they need to feel satisfied, included, motivated and engaged, workplace experts say.

R U OK? Day aims to prompt meaningful connections at work and its website provides a plethora of resources to prompt better conversations about mental health.

But it's also important for leaders to consider whether their teams are missing any of the work elements that could make people feel "undervalued, unmotivated and not okay", say ex-Randstad director and Flow of Work co-founder Helena Turpin, and behavioural scientist Juliette Tobias-Webb (who sits on Flow of Work's advisory board).
