Hudson RPO sets five-pillar strategy to build on "best year ever"

After achieving its "best year ever" with 73% growth in ANZ, Hudson RPO CEO Kimberley Hubble is focused on five key pillars to continue meeting its ambitious targets.

"2021 was our best year ever on record, not just in Australia but also in APAC and globally," she tells Shortlist.

Every region had a really great year, Hubble says, with APAC's adjusted EBITDA increasing by 82% year-on-year to US$5.5 million (A$7.4m), "driven by 73% growth in Australian and New Zealand".

Australia accounts for almost 83% of profit in the region, and while Asia is a "smaller part", it almost tripled its result from 2020 (142%), thanks to a strong performance in Hong Kong, she adds.

In Australia, performance was due to a combination of factors, Hubble says. Some clients were hiring at record levels, and "we also won some new clients and projects as well"...
