PwC is targeting talent in the hypercompetitive professional services sector with a new 'people value proposition', grounded in feedback from its workforce.
"As we stared into the challenges that were being created by COVID – and generally, given the talent market that we're operating in – we knew that we had to do something different, and we knew that we had to do something that really responded to what our employees were telling us," PwC head of people and culture Catherine Walsh tells Shortlist.
