Questions raised about 'misleading' recruiter reviews
With the ACCC now targeting fake online reviews, questions are being asked about whether a recruitment review platform is allowing users to make false and misleading claims.
The ACCC is currently conducting an "internet sweep", focusing on "deceptive practices in the digital marketplace".
An ACCC spokesperson would not comment on the progress of the review or which sites it is targeting, but said it has been collating and analysing its results and a report will likely be released within a couple of months.
