"Significant acceleration" underway in talent solutions space

Some major shifts are underway in the RPO and MSP space, with far more "co-architecting" between employers and providers, according to ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions general manager, Michael Sacco.

The past few years have spurred a "significant acceleration" and evolution of requirements, he tells Shortlist.

"The value outputs are largely the same, but it's the models and the way that we're achieving those values that are developing."

In addition to the shifting market conditions, there's also "a lot of maturity and knowledge in the market here in Australia", Sacco says. Organisations are harnessing the information they have access to and are therefore more aware of their needs and what will work for them, "and then we can co-architect solutions to be much better fits"...
