RCSA research flawed, says Victorian Trades Hall Council
The Victorian Trades Hall Council, the state's peak union body, has slammed the RCSA-commissioned study on on-hire work, saying it is "seriously flawed" and ignores "the substantive issues posed by this type of employment".
