Major win for recruitment industry in WA case
In what RCSA president John Plummer describes as "an outstanding result for the recruitment industry", the WA Industrial Relations Commission has dismissed an application from the Australian Workers Union for a wide-ranging new award to cover on-hire workers in the state.
