Recruiters urged to educate employers on equal opportunity
The Victorian Equal Opportunity Commission has today released a set of best practice guidelines for the recruitment industry and employers called "A fair go for job seekers" which shifts the onus back onto outsourced recruiters to ensure employers are not breaching anti-discrimination laws.
