Multiples still between 2.5 and 4, but sellers doing better
Acquisition multiples for small to medium recruitment businesses are still in the range of between 2.5 to four times normalised ebit, but sellers are doing a little better because of the buoyant industry, according to recruitment mergers and acquisition specialist Rod Hore.
