Employers are kidding themselves if they think they "own" the candidates in their talent pool or that it's important to have a large number of leads, says top New Zealand internal recruitment manager, Carol Brown. She told the Australian Talent Conference today that the real value in a talent pool was in the relationship the company had with those candidates.
