FWA rejects WorkPac on-hire appeal
A Fair Work Australia full bench has rejected the Australian Industry Group's appeal of a decision in which a WorkPac on-hire employee was found eligible for unfair dismissal protection, despite being on workers' compensation for most of his tenure.
