Talent2 focusing on contract, temp, as perm headcount reduces

Talent2's focus on building its temp and contract revenue over the past three years has borne fruit, and the temp business now generates about 40% of the company's recruitment division's gross margin, says T2 Australia and NZ managing director for recruitment and contracting, Paul Jury.
