Labour hire company ordered to pay $506k damages over on-hire injury

The Victorian Supreme Court has found that a host employer was not liable when a labour hire worker injured himself onsite, but has ordered the labour hire employer to pay $506k in damages, after his initial injury was made worse while he was on "light duties" at its offices.
