Female talent attraction a top priority for Caltex
Caltex Australia took stock of its gender diversity in 2010 and decided it wasn't doing enough to bring women into the business, but concerted efforts since then have driven a substantial increase in job applications from women, says head of employee relations and diversity, Marie Irwin.
