SKILLED to pay $75.5m for marine services provider
SKILLED has entered into an agreement to acquire marine services provider Broadsword Marine Contractors, which it says will give the company more exposure to the oil and gas sector and complement its marine staffing business. The announcement of the acquisition follows a sharp drop in the SKILLED share price last week.
