FWC finds in favour of Forstaff over "genuine consultation" dispute
Chandler Macleod's aviation labour hire business, Forstaff, did "just enough" to constitute genuine consultation when it retrenched 250 workers at the Qantas base in Avalon, the Fair Work Commission has ruled.
