Don't ignore "near-miss" incidents at host sites
Labour hire companies are legally obligated to report "notifiable" incidents at host employer sites to the relevant safety regulator, but often make the mistake of thinking that if an injury hasn't occurred, an incident hasn't taken place, warns work safety law specialist Amy Towers.
