More growth in hiring plans, but Manpower advises cautious optimism

Employers' hiring intentions have increased for the second consecutive quarter, according to new figures from Manpower, but Australian and New Zealand managing director Lincoln Crawley says recruiters who don't adopt a "micro level" focus will struggle to succeed in an increasingly dual-speed economy.
