On-hire company loses legal battle to recoup $2.7m in unpaid fees

Providing labour to a client who amended a contract effectively signalled an on-hire company's acceptance of the new terms, a court has ruled in dismissing its attempt to hold the client's directors accountable for unpaid fees.
