Quasi-independent workers need new classification; JobKeeper changes pass

It's time for the legal system to recognise "quasi-independent" workers who are neither contractor nor employee, an employment lawyer says. Meanwhile amendments to extend flexibilities under the JobKeeper regime have passed.
