Ashley Services half-year result boosted by acquisition

Ashley Services Group has reported strong revenue growth in the six months to December, which MD Ross Shrimpton attributes in part to acquisitions, "but largely through increased hours worked with existing customers and new business wins".

Labour hire revenue for the half was up by 19.2% year-on-year, including the contribution from Linc Personnel (of which ASH acquired 75% in July 2022).

The largest growth occurred in CCL Group, Action Workforce NSW and Linc, but all businesses grew except for Concept Engineering and Concept Retail...
