Adecco Group's next "evolution" underway with new CEO
Adecco Group is now strongly focused on building its data capacity and "ecosystem" approach to services, with further strategies a "watch this space" over coming months, according to its new ANZ CEO.
As an out of industry hire who joined on 1 July, CEO Nicholas Lee spent his first month being inducted across Europe where he engaged with Adecco Group's "best class" offices.
"I really learned a lot to see how those organisations work, but what you really saw was this amazing people culture... you feel you're welcomed into a family, it's a very warm environment, a caring environment," he tells Shortlist.
Lee has been "on the ground" in ANZ since 1 August, working closely with leaders and employees to identify areas of opportunity in the organisation...
