Agencies find the best candidates but perception of service is dropping

Recruitment agencies are increasingly recognised as being able to find the best candidates, however employers are far less satisfied with agencies' customer service and time-to-fill, according to new research.

Hoban Recruitment's latest workforce trends report shows a jump in the number of employers who say that finding top candidates is the most important service recruitment agencies provide (up 9 percentage points from last year to 33%).
