Agencies can't neglect their responsibility for safety assessments

Flexibility and good communication are the key to maintaining client relationships when host employers resist recruiters' requests for safety assessments, says a leading compliance specialist.

Certex International founder and MD Dianne Gibert says it's not uncommon for recruitment and labour hire companies to face "pushback" from employers when they're trying to conduct safety assessments.
