"Aggressive" growth ahead for award-winning medium agency

Launch Group has set aggressive growth targets for the year ahead under its new CEO, and is cementing its spot as a "contender" in the talent solutions space, its founder says.

Former chief operating officer Rebecca Hartshorn was promoted into the CEO role in February this year, after two years with the company.

"That appointment has been very good for our organisation," says founder and director Rebecca Wallace.

"It was always the plan after a two-year transition that she would move into the CEO role. And that's been great for our executive and for our broader business," she tells Shortlist.
