AI-based insights are helping ManpowerGroup consultants overseas place up to 20% more candidates, and the company is bringing the technology here soon, its global head of innovation says.
ManpowerGroup's chief innovation officer Dr Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic says by using data and AI, skill-matching candidates to job descriptions has become "15-20% more accurate". (The company measures this outcome by reference to job-fill rates, assignment completion, manager feedback and redeployment.)
