The "next frontier" for AI is to become a training and directive tool that enhances the performance of rookie recruiters, according to recruitment software company Bullhorn.
AI has so far assisted recruiters by relieving them of mundane and repetitive administrative tasks, as well as being integrated into the industry's sourcing and matching technology.
What's next is for it to take on a more 'directive' role, based on "how do I actually learn all the actions, behaviours, activities, things that top producers do on a day-to-day basis and then codify it", says Bullhorn senior VP for product marketing Jeff Neumann...
