Aquent stepping up DEI offering with new platform
Digital talent specialist Aquent is launching a new platform that will help clients ensure they're hiring from more diverse talent pools, while maintaining candidates' privacy.
Aquent's Diversity+ is a result of the global team's effort to help organisations "go beyond making numbers better", says Monique Richards, who was promoted to local MD in July.
"Clients are no longer just doing the 'tick box' of diversity... and gone are the days when clients used to put in terms and conditions 'we would need a minimum of one female CV for every submission'," she tells Shortlist...
