Better data helping consultants finetune activities and make more placements

Collecting and monitoring more data about the recruitment process is helping consultants work more productively, build stronger client relationships, and reduce burnout risks, says Profusion Group CEO Matt Bennett.

"In a market like this, the more data we've got, the more agile we can become at an individual level, in a team level, and business level," he tells Shortlist.
