Bluefin Resources Group has transformed its social media approach after putting its consultants through training to find the right voice, according to CEO Christine Wright.
The move is part of a broader push to develop consultants, and to use social media "as a vehicle to demonstrate our expertise in these sectors", she tells Shortlist.
Bluefin's approach is to share both professional and "fun" content online, because "if we just post about jobs, that's really boring for our readers", and it engaged marketing specialists The Toms to provide direction around personal branding and using ChatGPT for recruitment...
