Bluefin primed to double under new leadership

Bluefin Group will be in safe hands under its new CEO and aspires to double its financial results over the next five years, according to founder James Hone, who is stepping down as head of the business today.

After 23 years in recruitment and 19 at the helm of Bluefin, "it's a double-edged sword", he tells Shortlist.

He's "very sad" that he won't be leading it anymore but also excited about what Bluefin will achieve under incoming CEO Christine Wright.

"It has been an integral, massive part of my life, really. You found a business and you grow it. You look after it and you put a massive amount of energy into it. Words can't describe how much goes into it," he says...
