DFP Recruitment's chief executive officer Robert van Stokrom is tomorrow stepping down from the company, after almost 18 years at the helm.
Long-time COO Kate Coath has been appointed as his replacement, and has been transitioning into the role over the past few weeks.
The move has been on the cards since Japan-headquartered Will Group acquired a 60% stake in DFP in 2018, van Stokrom tells Shortlist.
