Charterhouse appoints "pivotal" leaders for growth in 2023

Charterhouse Partnership has refreshed its leadership structure, welcoming a new GM in Melbourne this week and promoting the incumbent to a commercial director role.

Joshua Mullens joins the company from Hays, where he has held a series of leadership roles over the past nine years.

"It's something that we've been working on probably since the beginning of the year in terms of how we wanted our leadership structure to look in Melbourne," says Charterhouse CEO Jason Darbyshire.

"So, he joins as a general manager and his remit is to take an already successful business and amplify that for us in 2023," he tells Shortlist...
