ChatGPT filling the marketing gap for time-poor recruiters

ChatGPT is proving to be a great "ideation" partner in recruitment marketing and can help move content beyond the transactional to true thought leadership, a marketing specialist says.

The platform is creating some "huge efficiencies" for recruiters, says The Toms cofounder Catherine Toms – and it's "brilliant" when applied to recruitment marketing.

"You can use it as an ideation brainstorming partner to come up with lots of different ways that you could tackle a certain topic or certain headlines," she says, for example while crafting LinkedIn posts and other marketing material...
