ChatGPT set to undermine candidate ranking systems

ChatGPT will potentially wreak havoc with recruiters' candidate-ranking systems, but its impacts aren't all negative, industry experts say.

Recruitment industry advisor Thomas Shaw says there's no barrier to entry when it comes to using ChatGPT, and as it now stands, the technology is better for candidates than it is for recruiters.
