Contingent talent strategies the key to workforce resilience

Organisations considered leaders in workforce resilience prioritise recruiting contingent workers, rather than viewing them as a "stop-gap" solution, new research shows.

The 2023 KellyOCG Global Re:work Report – based on survey data from 1,500 executives and 4,200 employees from 11 countries – adds to the evidence that businesses are facing a "talent crisis" that is impacting their ability to grow and respond to new opportunities.
