Demand for recruiters "soaring", salaries up 20%

Demand for all types of recruiters continues to soar, with in-house salaries rising by up to 20%, new research shows.

According to new data from LinkedIn, there were 2.9-times more recruiter jobs advertised on LinkedIn in April 2022, compared to pre-pandemic levels in January 2019.

Demand for rookie recruiter talent is among the fastest-growing, with the research highlighting a 44% year-on-year increase in entry-level hiring.

Meanwhile HR Partners by Randstad's latest salary survey shows demand is pushing up talent acquisition salaries by as much as 20% in some cities, with employers trying additional enticements to lure talent...
