Dollars "work themselves out" with people-first approach

When recruitment leaders take a people-first approach to managing the business, "the dollars very kindly work themselves out", says the MD of an award-winning agency.

Having won this year's RCSA award for "outstanding agency" (up to 10 staff), Elias Recruitment founder Jason Elias says "we've got the capability, and we've got a really good team," highlighting that his people are "coincidentally" all women.

Elias has been recognised with awards on an individual level in previous years, but this is the first win for the business and "it's really nice for the team to get acknowledgement", he tells Shortlist...
