Drake's recruitment revamp dials up diversity efforts

Drake International is ramping up its efforts to hire more diverse candidates, with a new recruitment matrix that challenges decision-makers, says CEO Christopher Ouizeman.

Candidates believe diversity is an important factor when considering potential employers, and "based on our conversations with our clients, that trend is only going to continue", he tells Shortlist.

"It's also a major redeeming factor in being able to attract younger generations, because they're very acutely aware of the need for diversity and inclusion in the workplace."
