Employers 'missing the mark' with graduate hiring

Competition for graduates has been intensifying, but many employers are failing to keep candidates engaged for long enough to actually hire them, says a leader in the recruitment tech space.

The proportion of employers hiring grads, and the numbers of their intake, have increased significantly over the past couple of years, after a lull during the peak of the pandemic, according to Hirevue head of APAC Damon Pal.

But many, he says, are missing the mark when it comes to employer branding, and getting their timing and process right...
