Employers report "subdued confidence" about Q1 hiring

Australian employers are anticipating a more measured approach to hiring in 2024, according to ManpowerGroup's latest research.

The ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey (MEOS), involving 1,020 respondents, shows that 44% of employers plan to hire in the coming quarter, down one percentage point from the current quarter.
