Face-to-face meetings aren't dead, just needed reviving

Too many recruiters are now reluctant to set up face-to-face meetings, but it's an approach that still yields the best results in business development, says industry coach Sophie Robertson.

In a market where clients are moving more slowly through the hiring process, and candidates are more reluctant to switch jobs, recruiters need to try a range of different ways to build relationships, Robertson told a recent SDP Solutions networking event.
