First 90 days "mapped out" for new RGF Staffing CEO

Investing in DEI and technology initiatives has helped Peoplebank be recognised as this year's most "outstanding" large agency, but it is no longer RGF Staffing APEJ's most profitable business, says the group's new CEO, Brent Leahy.

Peoplebank recently won the 2023 RCSA award for outstanding agency (80+ employees), and Leahy notes the category is "very broad", taking into account "the holistic approach to the business and how you're addressing your engagement at all levels – on the client side, the candidate side and internally as well".
