First look at Seek's 'pay per application' model

Seek is now trialling outcome-based pricing for its job ads with a small number of customers and roles. Here's the first peek at what it might look like.

Seek flagged the move in an April strategy update, and in August, CEO Ian Narev said its experiments are "still at the early stages".

The trial remains contained to a small number of customers and roles, Seek says, but Shortlist has obtained some access and screenshots from the live site...
